From these, Southbrook produces fine age-worthy wines, most notably Cabernet Sauvignon, classic Bordeaux blends and Chardonnays.
Niagara Organic Wine
In 2008, after being granted Pro-Cert Organics (then called OC/PRO Canada Organic) certification, Southbrook Vineyards in Niagara on the Lake began using certified organic grapes in its wines. The production process was also certified organic. Pro-Cert Organics is Canada’s foremost national certifier of organic food products.
