Taste of the West
Slow roasted hip of beef carved by our expert Chefs with trimmings; Three Bean Salad.

Taste of Italy
Fresh Penne Pasta prepared al dente served with choice of tomato basil sauce tossed with onions, garlic, roasted peppers and Italian sausage or Alfredo sauce; Bocconcini and Tomato Salad.

Sushi Bar
Salmon, shrimp, vegetables and tofu sushi on rice served with assorted dipping sauces.

Taste of the Orient
Stir fried beef tips marinated in soya sauce, garlic, fresh ginger and served with green peppers; Barbecued garlic spare ribs with hoisin sauce; Chicken and shrimp fried rice; Deep fried vegetable spring rolls with plum sauce.

Taste of the Sea
Flambéed shrimp; Grilled Scallops served in a special creole sauce with a splash of Pernod; White rice pilaf seasoned with mushrooms, scallions and diced tomatoes.
