Niagara Falls consist of more than merely a large waterfall-- the area is filled with a number of activities; from fine dining and wine to family activities.
Just ten minutes away from Niagara Falls in Ontario, you can find Safari Niagara. Safari Niagara is home to a zoo with more than 500 species of animals. It is also a recreational area with kite flying, paddle boating, a water play area, ropes and bungee courses, rides and play equipment for kids, delicious food, and more.
Safari Niagara is focused on the entire family. Kids can visit animals and playing outside. Teens and adults can enjoy leisure activities and learning about wildlife while meeting exotic species of animals for the first time. All ages will enjoy guided tours, feeding and petting the animals, keeping cool in the Splash Pad water play area or lounging in the patio area, and watching entertaining wildlife shows.
Dining Options at Safari Niagara
There are many places to eat at Safari Niagara, so no matter what kind of food you’re in the mood for, you can enjoy it without leaving the park.
For a quick meal to grab on the go, swing by The Funky Monkey Lunch Box food truck to get a gourmet pita or snack wrap. For a fun carnival style treat like funnel cake, corn dogs, pizza or pretzels, visit The Rowdy Rhino Grab and Go. You can enjoy a specialty hot dog at The Dawg House, a frozen dessert at KOOOL Stop, and you can get poutine, burgers and fries, or milkshakes at The Red Parrot Streatery food truck.
Open Year Round
Safari Niagara is open year-round, but not all activities are available year-round. The Interactive Budgie Exhibit and paddle boating are only offered on the weekends, and the Splash Pad, interactive shows and tours, ropes course, Euro Bungee Ride, and Safari Rides are only available during the summer season, from June 1st to Labor Day in early September.
