With a wonderful combination of wine as well as food, Strewn Winery is a good place to taste some lovely award-winning wines. Classic favourites here include wines such as:

- Sauvignon Blanc
- Pinot Blanc
The winery has also produced the first barrel-fermented Riesling Icewine in the Niagara region that went on to win an international award. Made in classic European style, these VQA wines have tannin and acidity that are great to enjoy on their own as well as with culinary pairings.
Strewn understands that different weather each year leads to vintage variations and so the wine is made accordingly. During hot, dry weather, intense tannic reds are produced while cooler, wetter weather is best for lighter, fruitier, smoother drinks. Stainless steel tanks are used to make the Gewurztraminer, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc wines while oak barrels are used for certain other varieties.
Wine tastings, seminars and various other activities are a regular part of Strewn Winery. From collector’s wine and terroir to premium and dessert wine, Strewn Winery offers tastings around the year at the Main Tasting Bar which has regular classic wines. Tasting Flights, limited edition and pre-release wines are available at the Terroir Bar. In addition to this, there is a restaurant called Oliv on the property which has a tasting room, tapas bar and restaurant.
