Classic Albums Live - Pink Floyd (Dark Side)

The Dark Side of the Moon is the eighth studio album by English progressive rock band Pink Floyd. The Dark Side of the Moon was an immediate success, topping the Billboard Top LPs & Tapes chart for one week. The Dark Side of the Moon's themes include conflict, greed, the passage of time and mental illness, the latter partly inspired by Barrett's deteriorating mental state. The Dark Side of the Moon frequently appears on rankings of the greatest albums of all-time. In 1987, Rolling Stone listed the record 35th on its "Top 100 Albums of the Last 20 Years".

Classic Albums Live

Craig Martin founded Classic Albums Live in 2003, with the idea to take classic albums and recreate them on stage. These songs are performed just as the originals, note for note, cut for cut, without any of the gimmickry of impersonations.

Performing shows across North America, Classic Albums Live relies only on the music, and using the world’s best musicians, according to Martin.
