New Vintage Wine Maker's Dinner Event

The New Vintage Wine Maker's Dinner is an annual event held at the Terrapin Grille Niagara Falls Restaurant. It is a luxury wine and food experience organized by the Marriott Fallsview and their partners in Niagara food and wine.

Fine dining is Ron Kneabone's passion and profession. Beginning in 1987 after graduating from the Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island Ron Kneabone travelled across the country and around the world. Ron Kneabone's inspiration and experiences are formed in part by spending over a decade in Strasbourg, France.

Jeff Hundertmark

Winemaker at Mike Weir Wines
Jeff Hundertmark is the Head Winemaker and Viticulturalist for the Mike Weir Winery in the Niagara 20 Valley Wine Region. From that home base Jeff has continued to deliver a variety of brands for domestic and international consumers.

Charitable Mission

The profits from the sale of Mike Weir Wine have always gone to the Mike Weir Charitable Foundation. Since inception over $5 million has been raised with over $3 million of being provided for children’s health care and related causes.
