Niagara Falls Civic Holiday weekend features a number of special events, highlighted by additional fireworks, concerts, mall hours and a nearby festival.
The majority of Niagara Falls also retains standard operating hours. In-fact, additional events are planned throughout the long weekend.

Civic Holiday Weekend Free Concerts:
There will be seven free concerts in Niagara Falls over the weekend. All are considered family friendly, and all but the concerts at Casino Niagara will allow well behaved pets.

Civic Holiday Weekend Fireworks Schedule
There will be a total of three fireworks displays over the four day weekend. Fireworks begin at 10pm and typically last 10-15 minutes.

St. Catharines Ribfest
Rotary International hosts their yearly St. Catharines Rib Fest in Montebello Park, located approximately 20 minutes away from the Marriott Fallsview Hotel in the town of St. Catharines, Ontario.
The event places seven ‘ribbers’ head-to-head, in a competition to see who will win the coveted first place prize.
This event is fully licensed and will feature live entertainment throughout.
Rib Fest starts at noon on Friday and ends at 10pm on Monday.
Extended Mall Hours
Public areas, such as the Niagara Horseshoe Falls and Queen Victoria Park will remain open throughout the four day weekend.
